Where Zurva processes Personal Data on behalf of a business customer in connection with the provision of the Zurva software and services, Zurva may act as a Processor. Such processing is governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement between Zurva and that business customer.

How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For active customer accounts, we typically retain data for the duration of a contract plus six years following the termination of our agreement to align with statutory limitation periods for legal claims.
When data is no longer required, it is either securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual for our internal analytical and service improvement purposes.
